With our food truck catering, you can host your company Christmas party right on your own premises. For smaller teams, we arrive with a festively decorated food truck. For groups of 100 or more, we can set up a custom culinary Christmas market featuring food trucks and catering stations upon request. We can also provide full-service catering using stations inside a warehouse or other suitable indoor spaces.
At StreetQuizine, we combine our winter menu with a workflow tailored to your company. Whether 50 employees are celebrating together or several hundred guests need to eat during a short break, we coordinate the food, service points, and staff to match your guest count and available timeframe.
Our catering is available for groups of 30 or more. For a Christmas party with fewer than 100 people, a single food truck can be a compact solution. You can add extras like mulled wine, non-alcoholic winter apple punch, and dessert. The best combination depends on the location and your budget.
For 100 guests or more, we can combine food trucks with additional stations. This creates a small company Christmas market with savory dishes, a crêpe station, a candy bar, or a festively decorated beverage counter. Guests can move between the stations and sample a variety of foods.
For larger Christmas parties, we plan multiple service points. The key factor is whether everyone wants to eat at the same time or if guests will be arriving over several hours. We can also manage events with several thousand guests using a concept specifically designed for that scale. We explain our approach in more detail in our article on Catering for large corporate events.
We offer two food concepts for the holiday season: our Christmas Party Package featuring winter burgers and bowls, and our Christmas Market Package with classic market fare. We are also happy to put together a custom menu upon request.
For a vegan winter bowl, we combine mushroom ragout with potato dumplings and vegan red cabbage. This allows us to accommodate different dietary preferences even within a winter menu.
Depending on the event, the dishes can be served from the food truck or at stations. If you have a specific focus in mind, we will incorporate it into the plan. A concept consisting entirely of soups and stews is also possible, as we did for our Christmas party for Eickhoff in Bochum.
You can find further food concepts in our catering menu. Our other packages can also be booked for a Christmas party and supplemented accordingly.
In addition to our winter dishes, we offer mulled wine and non-alcoholic winter apple punch. Upon request, we can add Hot Aperol, other hot beverages, or a full beverage service including soft drinks. For this, we use our festively decorated mobile bars, among other things. We typically serve mulled wine in disposable cups; we will coordinate the equipment in the quote.
For dessert during the Christmas season, we offer our vegan baked apple with festive aromas and homemade vegan bourbon vanilla sauce, as well as homemade gingerbread mousse. We can also include fresh crêpes, poffertjes, profiteroles, or a candy bar with Christmas cookies and sweets.
The main courses and booked mulled wine are offered as a flat rate during the agreed service period. We also offer the candy bar and profiteroles as a flat rate. The other desserts are calculated based on the agreed number of guests. We will specify the included services and times in the quote.
For large Christmas parties, food prices are in a similar range to our other events. We adapt the dishes to the season and calculate based on the number of guests, selection, and service time.
As a general guideline, our main courses range from approximately 19 to 40 euros net per person. For smaller groups of 30 to 120 guests, the guideline is closer to 25 to 40 euros net per person. You can find the detailed pricing structure in our cost overview for food truck catering.
The meal price does not include travel and service fees or any desired additions, such as drinks, dessert stations, extra staff, or furniture. A Christmas market with multiple stations is therefore calculated to suit your specific schedule. The amounts mentioned are for guidance only and are subject to VAT. You will receive the exact scope of services and the total price in your individual quote.
These events show just how different a company Christmas party can be. Guest count and menu selection alone are not enough for planning. The desired serving time and the on-site facilities are the primary factors in how we set up our catering.
We had the pleasure of catering for the Eickhoff machine factory Christmas party in Bochum in 2024 and 2025. For December 19, 2025, we developed a custom concept: the request was exclusively for soups and stews.
We served 825 guests within a two-hour window, offering four different soups and stews. This was accompanied by an all-inclusive drink package featuring soft drinks, mulled wine, and non-alcoholic winter apple punch.
On that same day, December 19, 2025, we managed the Christmas party for UnionStahl on Liverpooler Straße in Duisburg. The entire food service lasted one hour. The requirement was that all 250 guests should receive their first portion within the first 20 minutes. We achieved this goal.
The menu included winter burgers with duck or falafel, as well as two additional stations featuring winter dishes like kale and cheese spaetzle. We factored the short time frame into our service planning. For other events, we coordinate the number of serving points and the menu specifically for each occasion.
For the waste management company EGN, we hosted a full indoor Christmas party for 300 guests in 2024. The client had decorated the large warehouse with Christmas trees and other festive decor. We set up several catering stations, each staffed by our chefs.
Offerings included our winter bowl and cheese spaetzle, custom-tailored roast beef with creamed sauerkraut, and a trio of dumplings as a vegetarian option. This was complemented by baked apples with bourbon vanilla sauce, fresh crêpes, and a custom candy bar.
We also handled the complete beverage service and provided additional equipment such as high tables and beer garden sets.
Our food trucks are festively decorated during the Christmas season. Some vehicles even feature snowflake decals to enhance the winter look. We also decorate our counters accordingly, and our chefs sometimes wear festive attire.
Depending on space and weather, we can plan for pavilions of various sizes, as well as patio heaters or radiant heaters on the company premises. We discuss in advance where guests will eat and gather, and what covered areas are available.
For indoor celebrations, we work with catering stations rather than food trucks. We coordinate with you and the venue to determine the necessary equipment, workspace, and logistics. We can also provide service staff, high tables, beer garden sets, and other equipment.
For setup, we need suitable space and power connections that match the concept. A standard food truck operation often only requires a 230-volt connection. Depending on the menu and additional stations, a 16-amp heavy-duty power connection may be necessary. In some cases, we can operate independently; we will assess these options during event planning.
For the food truck, an accessible parking space and an entrance with sufficient width and height are also important. When setting up multiple stations, we take into account our team's workspace and guest traffic flow. Photos or a site plan help us finalize the setup together.
We recommend inquiring about your Christmas party by the end of September or early October at the latest. During this phase, we can often still offer multiple dates. The closer it gets to Christmas, the sooner popular days are booked up.
Last-minute inquiries are also worth it. There may still be openings between already booked events. If you are flexible with the day of the week or the time, we will work with you to find a suitable option.
From our base in Korschenbroich, we manage Christmas parties in the Rhineland and the Ruhr area, for example in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bochum, Duisburg, and Viersen. Through our location in Augsburg, we also serve Bavaria and the southern German region.
Depending on the size of the event, the date, and the distance, we operate throughout Germany. For larger companies, we also plan extensive Christmas parties with food trucks and stations on your own premises or at a suitable event location.
Yes. For 100 guests or more, we can put together a culinary corporate Christmas market featuring food trucks and decorated catering stations. The number of stations that makes sense depends on the food selection, the available space, and the desired serving time.

Yes. Options include, for example, the vegan falafel winter burger, a bowl with mushroom ragout, potato dumplings, and vegan red cabbage, as well as vegan-prepared kale. Our baked apple with bourbon vanilla sauce is also vegan. We will discuss allergies and intolerances in advance based on the dishes you choose.
We plan based on the time window in which your guests are expected to eat. To do this, we coordinate the dishes, staff, and the number of food trucks or stations. If there are short, shared breaks, multiple serving points are particularly important.
Yes. We can implement the catering entirely at stations inside the building. We will clarify the spatial and technical requirements with you beforehand. One example is our Christmas party for 300 guests at EGN in Viersen.
Send us your preferred date, the venue, and the approximate number of guests. It is also important to know whether you are celebrating indoors or outdoors, when you would like to eat, and the timeframe during which your guests need to be served. If you already have a specific catering package or food stations in mind, feel free to let us know.
We will check our availability and put together a tailored quote for you, including food, drinks, and any necessary equipment. Request a non-binding quote for your Christmas party here.
