1. How long will the food truck stay at my event?

We generally plan for a service duration of 2.5 hours for groups of 70 to 200 people. If a longer or shorter timeframe is required due to the occasion, planning, or group size, we will accommodate that. In one hour we can serve up to 550 people !

2. How can I ensure that every guest gets enough to eat with the catering?

Your guests' satisfaction is our top priority, as our business thrives on recommendations!

We always offer our main courses at a flat rate. This means we charge a fixed price per guest, allowing everyone to eat as much as they like until they are full. Our quantities are always sufficient, ensuring that even late arrivals or guests coming back for seconds have the full selection available.

And as the event organizer, you benefit from precise cost control thanks to our flat-rate pricing.

3. What kind of hookups do I need to provide for the truck?

We operate almost entirely self-sufficiently. We only require a power connection on-site. Depending on the truck and the menu, we have different equipment on board. In most cases, a standard 230V household outlet is sufficient, though a 16A heavy-duty power connection is sometimes an advantage!

4. What costs should I expect for a food truck?

Our catering starts at approximately €15 per person. Our prices are always a combination of the desired menu, travel distance, duration, and event size. Feel free to send us your event details, and we will put together a personalized catering quote for you. Completely obligation-free and at no cost.

5. In which cities can I book your food truck catering?

In principle, we operate our food trucks throughout Germany! However, this depends on the size and duration of the event. We handle smaller events of up to 70 people throughout North Rhine-Westphalia, with our core service area covering Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal and the surrounding areas, as well as the entire Ruhr region and the Münsterland.
