In 2019 and 2020, we traveled across Germany with an individually branded food truck for Nufarm’s roadshow. We hosted invited guests from the agricultural sector at over 50 events. For this, we developed a menu specifically for Nufarm – ranging from hearty sandwiches and kale dishes to regional specialties and desserts.
A roadshow places different demands on catering than a single event. The venue changes, local conditions vary, and yet the brand presence, food quality, and workflow must remain consistent at every tour stop.
During the Nufarm roadshow in 2019 and 2020, we supported over 50 events throughout Germany. The food truck served as both a mobile kitchen and a highly visible part of the brand presence. This allowed us to implement catering in a recognizable format across changing locations.
For Nufarm, we didn't just use an existing menu; we curated dishes specifically for the roadshow. The selection ranged from hearty sandwiches and kale to regional specialties and desserts. This allowed us to reflect the agricultural focus of the events through our food and offer invited guests a varied selection at the different tour stops.
That is exactly where we believe the strength of great roadshow catering lies: the food concept must align with the brand, the target audience, the season, and the event schedule. Depending on the project, individual dishes, complete menus, and even the style of service can be planned on a bespoke basis.
For the tour, the exterior of the food truck was designed in the Nufarm style. The branding made the truck instantly recognizable as part of the roadshow at every location. The mobile setup was complemented by matching table and event equipment.
We continue to offer custom branding for corporate food trucks today. Depending on the concept, company branding can be applied not only to the vehicle but also to items such as napkins, menus, or our team's uniforms. This turns the catering into a cohesive part of the overall event communication.
To ensure catering runs reliably across multiple tour stops, we clarify the following in advance:
In most cases, our food trucks only require a suitable parking space and a standard 230-volt power connection on-site. We coordinate the specific requirements for each tour stop individually. Upon request, we can also handle beverages, counters, furniture, pavilions, decorations, and other aspects of event planning in addition to food truck catering.
From our locations in Korschenbroich and Augsburg, we provide roadshow catering throughout Germany. We can also plan individual schedules for multiple tour stops or concurrent events. From the very beginning, you will have a dedicated contact person who coordinates the concept, logistics, and requirements of each individual location with you.
Whether it's a dealer roadshow, customer event, product presentation, field day, or a multi-week tour: our goal is a recognizable catering concept that works logistically and fits the brand culinarily. The Nufarm roadshow, with over 50 stops, demonstrates how a food truck can serve as both a mobile kitchen and a visible brand experience.
