Carlisle Roadshow 2023: Food truck catering at over 40 locations

In 2023, we accompanied the "Experience CARLISLE" roadshow to more than 40 locations across Germany and the Netherlands. The tour brought together roofers, carpenters, and customers from the building materials trade and wholesale sector for product demonstrations, professional exchange, and freshly prepared food truck catering. Our team provided guests with burgers, premium currywurst, dessert, and chilled drinks.
The "Experience CARLISLE" roadshow brought products and expertise directly to contractors and trade partners. As reported by the trade publication dach+holzbau, the German leg began on May 15, 2023, and visited 23 building material trade locations alone by June 23. Including the additional dates in the Netherlands, our catering service covered more than 40 locations.
At the events, roofers and carpenters were able to learn about and test EPDM waterproofing products like RESITRIX and HERTALAN. The program was complemented by product demonstrations, a virtual company presentation, partner exhibitors, and a prize draw. The food truck catering served as the culinary highlight of the roadshow experience.
Carlisle stands for high quality standards in its segment. Accordingly, the catering had to be professional and fit reliably into the event concept. We served guests freshly prepared burgers, our premium currywurst, and dessert, accompanied by chilled drinks.
The food truck enabled compact, mobile service directly at each event location. Guests could enjoy refreshments during product presentations, discussions, and practical demonstrations without having to leave the roadshow area. At the same time, the catering area became a natural meeting point for conversation and networking.
A tour with many changing locations requires a different planning approach than a single corporate event. Recurring processes must be standardized, while access, parking space, and schedules must be checked individually for every location.
For the Carlisle Roadshow, this meant in particular:
For a B2B roadshow in particular, catering must be ready on time and fit seamlessly into the planned daily schedule. A food truck is especially well-suited for this because it combines the kitchen and service area into one mobile unit.
The numerous project photos show how the food truck, the Carlisle event area, and the guests came together to form a cohesive roadshow setup. Signage, team apparel, product displays, seating, and catering were all closely integrated at each location.
Such a concept offers companies more than just a catering solution. The food truck creates a visible focal point, encourages interaction between guests and organizers, and extends the time spent in the presentation area. Upon request, we can also integrate branding, beverage service, counters, furniture, pavilions, and other event planning components into the roadshow concept.
From our locations in Korschenbroich and Augsburg, we plan food truck catering for roadshows throughout Germany and, by individual arrangement, beyond. We can coordinate multiple tour stops, recurring dates, or simultaneous events in collaboration with the company and its event partners.
The exact implementation depends on the route, number of guests, service times, menu selection, and the conditions at each individual location. In most cases, our food trucks only require a suitable parking space and a standard 230-volt power connection. We always discuss roadshows in person to ensure that logistics, catering, and brand presence are planned as a consistent, unified concept.
Yes. During the 2023 Carlisle roadshow, we were active at more than 40 locations across Germany and the Netherlands. The scope, route, and schedule are planned individually for every project.
Yes. In addition to nationwide tours in Germany, we can also support events in other European countries by arrangement. For example, the Carlisle roadshow also traveled to the Netherlands.
Yes. A recurring menu concept ensures a consistent brand appearance and simplifies planning. Alternatively, individual dishes can be adapted to specific regions, seasons, or different guest groups.
Generally, we require a suitable space and a standard 230-volt power outlet. We check access, space requirements, service times, and other technical specifications in advance for every tour stop.
Then send us your planned route, dates, guest numbers, and requirements via our contact form. We will discuss the project personally and develop a cross-location food truck and full-service catering plan that fits your brand and the flow of your roadshow.
